Friday Link Ups/10 Things of Thankful

1. My RAP on my SL has been approved. So, another 6 months of not having to pay it back!!!

2. Our Noisy/Rude Neighbours are Moving!!! Both sides of us are odd, but the weirdest ones are moving out. Actually, he is apparently gone already, and she is moving out soon!!!

3. FMC Site is almost up and Running. And then, my blog post that I sent will be published. Then, we will be famous. Or something.

4. Time at The Ranch. It is Tuesday, and I am at the Ranch as I type this. I love me some time in/on/at the Country. My parents are in AB for a few days, so, it is fun not having them here. I mean, I miss them terribly!!

5. My Grandpa is doing better. He fell a week ago (?), and we were all really worried about him, as he fell two years ago, and it set him back. Thankfully, he is doing quite well. He is still in the hospital, but he is walking, and visiting quite well, which is awesome.

6. My Sister is Safe. She went on her first tropical vacay for a week, and with all natural disasters, and kidnappings, and be-headings happenings, I was a tad concerned. She messaged me this morning, and she is safe and sound.

7. A/C. Ok. as of now, it isn't fixed, but I have faith that it will be fixed today. Cause our mechanic is so awesome.
***He fixed it!!! And our FOB is working again!!!***

8. Time With Hubby. We have spent some time together lately (and not just each in a different room), which has been great. We went out for supper and an early bday celebration with/for H, as they will be away for his bday. We also watched a few episodes of Y&R the other day, and we went to the local green house to get some plants. AND we did a bit of grocery shopping yesterday (Monday). My brother and him also had a nice talk on Saturday.

9. My Back Healing. I put my back out over the wknd. I have NEVER had back pain like that. Neck pain, yes, but not back pain (at least not that I can remember). I now have empathy for people who suffer from severe back pain. I could hardly move/walk. Thankfully, it didn't hurt while/when I was sitting, or even walking (too much), but when I got up from laying down/sitting, it hurt. Anyway...it has almost all healed. Yay!!

10. A Great Deal on Meat. Hubs and I found some pork for $23. It was a SUPER good deal, so we took it. Anker cut it up himself, and made chops, roast, and even ground some up for tacos, etc. My guess is that we will be eating A LOT of pork in/for the next while. ****I also scored some FREE Mutton and Beef from the ranch...we already had some hamburger Salsbury steaks tonight..yum!!****

****So, I have two more...sue me :)****
11. My Niece's are Coming! I am (hopefully) going to see them the end of May. I am so excited!!! I cannot wait!!! I am also hoping to go and see my brother and SIL in Vernon for a few days, too, next month.

12. Kitties. Oh my goodness. They are so adorable, I can't even stand it. We played with them for probably an hour on Sunday. They are the cutest little things. We have homes for all of them.

Weekend Update/Let's Be Friends Blog Hop

A recap on my (our) weekend.

Friday: I got up early, packed up and headed to my friends to look after their dog for the wknd. I got there around 9 am. After they left, I went to McD's for breakfast. Came back and hung out for a bit. I took the dog out for a walk, then went to my friend's place (I hadn't been to their new place yet), and we visited along with another friend for an hour. I think I went to the library, then to our place to grab my sleep machine, and visit with hubby for a bit, then back to take the dog out. I watched Frasier (season 2), and a movie, called Endless Love, which wasn't too bad. I took the dog out again, then went for Chinese food. I had bought a bottle of wine when I went out to grab the sleep machine, so I had wine (well, Spumante), and Chinese food for supper. Yum! I think I watched Frasier, and then I started on The Spectacular Now, which is another not bad movie. I went to bed around midnight (after taking the dog out for his final "break").

Saturday: I woke up SUPER early, as Ollie was whining. I took him outside for about 20 minutes, then I went back to sleep until 10. Took him out again, then got ready to meet the girls for coffee, which for me, was brunch. We had a nice time together. It was great to see our friend who had been SO sick for nearly a month! I went home for a bit, and Adam was there, visiting (which I knew), as we was in our area of town, so we all visited for a bit, and then Anker and I went to grab some plants for the garden, and then I dropped him off, and I went to the library to drop off my stuff. Got back at around 3. I took Ollie out again, then, I settled in for the evening. I finished watching The Spectacular Now, and then watched Spotlight, which was very sad, but very in-depth. I can see why I won Best Picture. I think I watched more Frasier, and I took the dog out again, and I had leftovers for supper. I took Ollie out again, and went to bed at around midnight. Anker spent a lot of the time in the garden. We bought some pansies (the sweet peas are taking their "sweet" time growing), and he put them below our bedroom window. I will take some pictures of them when I get home.

Sunday: I woke up at around 6:30, and took out the dog. I also started watching KUWTK. I can see why people like that show. Ha! I decided to NOT leave Ollie with that show (my friends said "nothing scary", and I think that qualifies..haha), so left on a movie for him (he loves the TV on...are all dogs like that?). I also started The Danish Girl, which I have still to finish. It is..well, interesting, to say the least. I went to church, got a few minutes late, after grabbing a Timmies and a donut. After church, I went home, as my back was starting to get VERY sore! I tried to lie down, but I couldn't sleep. I went to the park for awhile, and read magazines, until it got too chilly, then I sat in the car for awhile. I did a bit of grocery shopping, and then Anker made dinner...we had pork chops, mashed potatoes, and veggies. As dinner was cooking, we played with the kitties. Oh.My.Goodness. They are SO adorable!!! We must have played with, and watched them for an hour. It was a hoot. We both had lots of good laughs over them. I watched Frasier in our room, while he watched something else. We had a late supper (around 8), so it was a short evening. We actually went to bed around 11...kind of early for me. I ended the evening by watching Frasier, and chatting with family and friends.

I hope you all had a good wknd!!

Linking up with The Dwelling Tree for :

I Confess....

I may use this for 10 on Tuesday one week, but I am going to blog and publish it now. A lot of people are doing "Confessions" posts, and I was (well, for one week) linking up with a blogger, who now has gone private, due to someone stealing her pics, and pretending she is her. Some people, they ruin it for the whole bunch!!! But, I totally get it. The SM world can be creepy. Anyway...I had a post written on paper, so I thought I would still post it...cause you know...for ratings :) I actually think I have done one of these (without linking up) before.

So...here goes...

I Confess....

I am a Crazy Cat Lady. Yes, I have taken 100's of pictures of our cats, and now kitties. Blame it on the fact that we don't have kids. And you know, what? I don't even care that I do post too pictures!!

Talk to Myself. Cause you know..I need expert advice. I also use in the form of a prayer. It actually helps. I also think out loud...in a crazy way, it does help. But I am not crazy. Honest.

I am a Magazine Addict. I used to buy a ton of magazines, and now I have that down to only half a ton! I had TOTES, and TOTES and magazines. I gave them all away. Now, get about 90% of my magazines from the library.

I am a Starbucks Addict. I love Starbucks. It is only place that makes your drink right, and where I can just sit and read, journal, etc (at least on our side of town). I find that most places (Tim's McD;s, etc), don't encourage that, but Starbucks allows you to do that. There is a another place that I go to that is a local coffee shop, but they have changed their format, to more of a cafe, which is fine, but I don't feel that I can stay hang out there for a few hours. Plus, they are actually more expensive. And you get stars (and, I love their new Star System, btw). But, I am trying to curb it, a bit. Because, now, we have no money!

I Love to Sleep In. There is a special place in Heaven for those who get up Early, I am sure. I won't be in there. I LOVE to sleep in!!! I WISH I could go to be at 1, and wake up at 6, but sadly, that is not the case. I need my sleep! But, I have been getting up earlier, which has been good. I actually do love a long day (especially while I am off).

I love to talk Baby Names. Even though we can't have kids...I LOVE talking/thinking/dreaming about baby names. There is just something fun about it.

Not Cleaning/Organizing A Lot On My Time Off. I thought I would have done WAY more cleaning/organizing while I was off. But, apparently, I was too busy reading magazines at Starbucks.

I Miss Work. Just a teeny bit. But shhh...don't tell anyone!!!

I love Carrie Underwood's New Single. I have her CD, Storyteller (I have all of her CD's), and I love Church Bells. I was hoping that it would be new single, and I was happy when I found out it was. There is something about it...very upbeat...that I love. I don't endorse murder, but I do endorse a woman taking charge, and standing up for herself :)

I am A Worrier. I try to give things to God...but then I take them back. It's a game that we play. I am learning to leave things with Him.

I am a Make up Hoarder. For someone who wears make up only a few times a month (if that), I have more make up that anyone else alive (except for maybe the K-shans).

I follow WAY too Many Blogs. I have actually deleted a few a few weeks back. I think I am under 200 now. Seriously, I have a problem.

I haven't Read a Book in Two Years. Well, maybe it has only been a year. I just cannot seem to get and stay focused on a book..only magazines. Does anyone else go through that? I haven't even read a Danielle Steel book since Winners, two years ago.

I Think I have only had 3 or 4 serious walks while being off. Ugh! I am shocked...even for me, that is bad!!

Friday Faves

This was going to be for last wks FF Link ups, buuuut, I didn't quite get to it, so this will be for this wks. So, they are a bit old..but still current (if that makes sense.
I am dog-sitting my friends dog this weekend. I plan to do nothing but eat, sleep, maybe go out for coffee with my friends tomorrow, watch movies, and take the dog out for bathroom breaks. I actually started this morning at 9 this morning. I also have a bottle of Spumante with my name on it :)

Bras (on sale, and that fit)
Two Sundays ago, I bought two bras that were not only on sale, but fit....and they are pretty. Because I am larger, and well, larger....I find it VERY hard to find bras that "fit" all three categories. Pennngtons had a great sale on bras....so, I had a couple of hours a couple of weekends ago, where I was able to go and check them out. I found two, and with the gift card that I got from my aunt at Christmas, plus $35 for each one, well, it was less than $60 for two.

Hubby (feeling well, and that he loves to garden)
Hubby got sick a week ago, while he was at the ranch. He got better a few days later, only to get sick again last wknd (don't get me started), but he is much better this wk. He LOVES spending time in the garden; he spends hours out there. Sadly, our garden is taken awhile to get started...and he has has to replant a few veggies (seeds), but the fact that he has a garden is so therapeutic for him. He also went with me last night to my brother and sister-in-laws for supper. It was so great to spend the evening with him.

Warm weather
We have had such wonderful weather here lately. Well, not today, as it is cool, rainy and cloudy, but this past week, it has been gorgeous!!! I think it got up to 31C the other day. It was SO warm!!! I spent a few hours in the park...and I have worn Capri's/shorts nearly every day for the last week. I actually usually wear Capri or shorts every day from April - October.

Cute boys in soccer uniforms; playing soccer.
Last Monday (well, two Monday's ago, I guess), I went to watch H play his first ever Soccer game, and let me tell you, that was the most precious thing that I have ever seen!!! I didn't take any pics, but trust me, they were adorable!!!

Praise 106.5
I haven't listened to it lately, but each time I go to my friends house, she has on Praise 106.5, I am reminded me that I should do the same!!! So, I have listened to it a few times. I love having a Christian station to listen to.

New Make up
I bought some new (yes, more!!!) make up a couple of weeks ago.

The eye shadow in the middle is new...WetnWild's Sweet as Candy. I like it...but I don't think that I would buy their eye shadows again, as they are very hard to open. I bought a new mascara from Avon, as well as a new lip gloss, which I can't remember what it is called, but I do love it. The mascara that I usually buy is brown/black.

I hope you all have a good weekend!!

1) DWTS,
2) Motive
3) Murder She Wrote
4) Saving Hope
5) Code Black
6) 2 Broke Girls
7) Hot in Cleveland..

There are also a few shows on The Food Network and HGTV that I will watch. I also should include all the "classics" that we watched as kids...maybe that will be next weeks!!)

Show and Tell Tuesday: Show us A day in MY Life

I forget that every two weeks Andrea does a Show and Tell Tuesday, with each week being a different "show us" topic. As with most of link ups, I don't join in every single time, but I do enjoy linking up when it is a topic that I enjoy.

I know you're "supposed" to post pics along with it, but I didn't take too many (well, any at all, really), as I didn't go into today planning on doing a post on A Day in the Life, so you will just get text.. Oh well.

So, I will do today, because, well, I feel like it.

4:00: I didn't fall asleep until 4 am, due to my being stressed, my feet hurting, etc.

8:00: I wake up with the alarm. I play on my phone for a bit, and I try to get back to sleep, but I can't, so I just get up.

9:00-11:00: I take a couple of work-related calls (long story), and then chat with hubby about a few things. We talk about my/our options about life, etc. I actually leave the conversation a bit frustrating, so we go off and do our separate things. I get coffee and breaky and go outside to maybe journal, do my devos, etc. I sit outside for an hour an hour so.

11:00: I do some praying/thinking, then I start journalling until about 1 or so. I listen to some music on our stereo. Yes, I still have a stereo, that plays CDs :)

1:00: I leave around this time, to wash our blankets at the laundromat. I end up getting gas, a slurpee, and two taquitoes on the way. I get settled in at the laundromat (around 2), and I text, read one of my coffee table books from the library about DA, and end up taking a couple of calls, etc. I end up meeting a old work colleague and her 8 month old baby, which was kind of fun, so we just chat for a half hour.

4:00: I leave just after 4 (I think), and I end up going to McDs for supper for the both of us. Healthy, no, fast, yes. I come home and we have supper together. I Facebook, and watch a couple of shows (Call the Midwife, The Odd Couple) until I have to to the library at around 6:45. I end up putting a few things on our local FB 24HR Bidding page.

7:00: I get to the library, in just enough time to look around for magazines, before the seminar that I am attending starts. I find a few new ones...yay!!...and a 1 wk loan movie (Spotlight), and sit for a few minutes until the seminar starts.

7:15: The seminar entitled 75 Ways to Cut Expenses, which wasn't that insightful, but it did remind me of a few things.

8:30: I sit at a table and look through another DA book (they are very interesting, btw...I would love to buy them all...there are three...with I am sure another book that will come out, and cover the last season of DA), and then leave just before 9.

9:00: I come home, have a shower, and watch tv (as I am doing at the time of writing this), and do another blog post, and watch Murder, She Wrote, and JJ.

(almost) 11:00...still writing...and still up...will probably head to bead soon :)

Wasn't my day ever so exciting?? :)

Weekend Update

I cannot believe that it is Tuesday night! Crazy!!! I hope everyone's week are/is going well. Ours is going ok...a bit stressed...dealing with back to work stuff, finances, etc. Just keepin' it real, folks!!! So, to be honest, life isn't all lilacs and sunshine! Though lilacs do smell lovely!!!

So..here is last wknd's update:

Friday: I mostly stayed home for a good chunk of the day. We watched a couple of movies; Brooklyn, and Taken 3, and I have no clue what I all did. I made a few phone calls, and we watched shows on our PVR, and then I went to the worship service for our pastor and his wife who are retiring. This last wknd was their retirement wknd, so they had a worship night, a banquet on Saturday, and a special service with a potluck on Sunday. After the worship service, they had a coffee and goodie time, and I visited with some people who I haven't seen in awhile. I went on a late-night Wal-Mart run, and came home.

Saturday: We watched Cop Out, and then I met with the girls for coffee. We played with the kitties, and I went to the library, then I went and got two duvet covers for $10. I went to the park, and sat for awhile, but it was pretty chilly, so I think I just came home, and had left overs for supper, and watched some of FRASIER, and fast forwarded through a couple of movies that were so-so, and then watched two episodes of CHEERS.

Sunday: Hubby wasn't feeling well, so, feeling a bit frustrated, I went alone. I had gotten up earlier, and gone to the store to get an appy for the potluck. I was feeling really frustrated, b/c even though that Anker wasn't feeling well at all, and that he really wanted to come, I was just sad that I had to go to this special service alone. Anyway..I went to church, then the potluck, and then I went with friend and her grandson to the fair that was in town. I came home, and sat outside for awhile. It was a beautiful day. Then, I went to my neighbours (my nice one!) for a visit, and stayed until 10:30. It was a good wknd, other than hubby not feeling well Sunday morning.

How was your wknd?

600

I cannot believe that this is post 600!!! That is crazy!!! Not all of them are published, but they will hopefully be very soon :) I also can't believe that I have been blogging for 9 years! Crazy!!

So, for this epic post, I will do a day in the life post. I woke up around 9:30, and did my usual check my phone, etc. Then, I went to play with the kitties :) They are SO CUTE!!! O.M.G :) Almost all of them are spoken for, which is great. Then I settled myself on our bed, and watched two episodes of Dateline, and two eps of JJ (which took forever, since I was talking with hubby). Anker went outside to finish up planting the garden, and I just hung out on my laptop, and FB'd, checked out blogs, and did a few things that I had been neglecting. I did a load of laundry (plus another that I have only washed...I will try it tomorrow, as I ran out of Loonie's), and I moved our winter stuff back in storage. I also cleaned the toilet bowl. I know...exciting! I also did a load of dishes. I had breakfast, and pretty much didn't do too much. I chatted with a few friends on FB chat, and just enjoyed staying home.

Mom had called around 10 or so, to talk with Anker about something, and then she mentioned that she was probably coming into town to pick something up. She thought we could go out for coffee. A few hours later, she said to find a movie, and she would take me to one...We went to one, which was ok, but not super. We should have gone to Big Fat Greek Wedding 2, but I had already seen it, anyway..the one we watched was ok..it had some funny parts. First, though, we met up at Wal-Mart, where I probably had the shortest shopping trip there ever..I only went there to buy H something for his bday, and Mom found some plants she wanted. Went out for supper, then to the movie. It was a great day. I came home and watched MOTIVE, and relaxed until I went to bed.

Yesterday....I relaxed in the morning, then went and ran some errands.I took something back for Mom, and then went to Starbucks for a frap, and to read some magazines. I went to the library, then came home, and Anker had I had dinner. Anker had spent most of yesterday in the garden, and it was SUCH a beautiful day! I should have gone outside for a bit (well, I did, but not for long) and enjoyed the yard. K had called me, to say that H had his first soccer game. I ended up going, b/c that seems to be the "magic" time where our neighbour likes to blast his music, and why not go and see cute little kids in their soccer uniforms? It was so neat seeing H play...he LOVED it...and yes...seeing little kids in their soccer uniforms is pretty darling. Since I didn't want to come home, they invited me up for a snack, and visit. Anker almost came with me to the game, but he was tired, and I don't blame him..though I told him that we were going to both go next week. H was thrilled that I came, and they thanked me for coming, so I am very glad I went. It was priceless watching him learning fair play/team spirit, etc :) It is mostly a fun thing for them at this point, and the coaches do a great job!! So, after the game, we went up to their house, and visited, and we watched the last half of The Martian, which they had started the night before. I came back around 10, and watched tv, played on my computer and went to bed. I watched DWTS (Go Jodie! Ginger! Nial!), and I changed our sheets, and put on a new (spring!) duvet cover.

Here are some pictures...of kitties and lambs :)

Here are some pictures of the kitties from when they were about 2 days old.
From the other day....nearly 2 weeks old.

                                                     The little orphans...aren't they adorbs?
Look at all those tasty lamb chops :)

I love on how things are getting green!!! This was on my walk last  week.
Hubby has built the garden boxes :)
So, as not to leave out Calico, here is one from last week. She LOVES looking out the window!!!

Weekend Update

This past weekend was a bit of a hodgepodge, of sorts. I felt like I got nothing done, nor did I do anything that was blog-worthy, but for the sake of my memory, I am going to blog about it, anyway.

Friday, Anker was still at the ranch, and he was still sick, and I told him that unless he was dying, I wasn't coming up until Saturday, due to my having a girls' night with my friend at my house. I am such a lovely wife, eh? I cleaned up the house a bit, and I spent time in the morning doing some devotions, and of course, I was on my computer, etc. I went and ran a few errands (no library, or Starbucks run for me that day..SHOCKING!). My friend came around 5 or so, and we played with the kitties, watched PRINCESS BRIDE, and ate snacks, and had wine, and of course, visited, and played with the kitties again.

Saturday, I phoned hubby, and he wasn't feeling well, AT ALL, so I had a shower, and grabbed a few things for the road (that may or may not have included a Starbucks drink and sandwich), and I was on my way at around 12. The trip was GORGEOUS, and it was beautiful at home, too. I stayed an hour or so, I took pics, and said hi to everyone, and then we left at around 330. We ended up taking him to the CW hospital, b/c we were all really worried about him. He had got some sort of food poisoning a few days earlier, but he hadn't been able to kick it yet. They gave him some meds to help with one end problem, and a drink of electrolytes to help him with his dehydration (and an RX of more of both), and we were on our way. I dropped him off, and then I ran out to get a snack, and his electrolyte powder drink, and was back at home at 9 or so...I think I watched tv or something, and then went to bed.

Sunday, I didn't sleep well, due to the thumping next door, so I slept until 9:30, and ended up calling my friend to see about her coming to church with me (her hubby works shift work), and we talked for a half hour, so I didn't end up going. I hung out, played my game, and watched Friday's episode of Dateline (thanks, Mom, for getting me back into that), and then ran out to buy a couple of things that I needed that were on sale. I might tell you what they are on the Friday link up. A coworker came by to look at our kitties; she wants to get two..and then we just hung out for a bit. Our "lovely" neighbours played their music for an hour, and I nearly left, but I took my anger out on FB :) I went through my IG account and deleted a few pictures...and I also watched Hot in Cleveland Season 5, and some of Frasier. Then, I also went through my Blogs (I follow a lot), and got rid of a few that I never read anymore, or ones that are no longer around.

Hubby is feeling MUCH better, and spent a lot of today (Monday) doing some gardening. My friend, however, is not feeling well, and she is in the hospital. She thinks she caught C. Diff, and poor thing is really sick. I hope she gets well soon...we are all a bit worried!

So, that was my weekend.

Friday Faves

Hello, Ladies!!!

Here are my five fave of the last couple of weeks.

1) I got a new LG4 phone over a week ago, as I was getting tired having to charge my battery multiple times of day, and having issues with the charging cord. Since a batter charged almost $60, I went to Koodoo, and I upgraded for free. I would say that I am about 90% happy with it. There are a few things about my old one that I don't (think) are one this one. And two of my apps are giving me grief.

2) Sahara had her kitties 10 days ago (last Tuesday). Oh.my.goodness. They are SO cute!!! She had 6, and one died (boo), so she had 5. She is a great mama, and they are just now starting to open their eyes. H came by on Sunday, and LOVED seeing the new kitties!!!

3) I took H out for coffee for last week. I had to pick him up AND pay for it :) Gee whiz!! He is such a hoot. I haven't really done much with him since VDay wknd, so when I told him that we were going out for coffee while his mom went to a friends house to pick up some plants, well, he was all over that. We had fun drinking our "coffee", and looking at pics on my new phone, then we went to the park for a few minutes.

4) I got some new makeup a week or so ago. I also got my new mascara from Avon. I got a new WetNWild eye shadow pallet, and I got a new Avon Lip Gloss.

5) The weather has been gorgeous. I cannot believe that I wore leggings today, b/c it got up to 26C. I have been wearing capris already, and my flipflops. I have sat outside and enjoyed our yard a few times, too. Hubby has started the garden boxes for his gardening this year.

5.1 I did a bit of baking for everyone at the Ranch last week, as they are in the middle of lambing. I made a Cinnamon Loaf, Starbcuks Oat Bars, and Clean Chcoolate Cookies, none of which turned out great, but Mom said that they were a bit, so that makes me happy!! I was hoping to get a few more done this week (recipes), but I never got around to it. Maybe I will get some more done next week.

That's my five for this week!!

Confessional Thursday (A New Link up!) AKA: When Hubby's Away....

I have been following Jessica on and off for awhile, and I was checking out her blog, since I hadn't been there in awhile, and I discovered that 1), she is pregnant with #3, and 2) she has a new (?) link up called:

So....without further ado...here are some confessions about when Hubby's away...

|| I RARELY get the house to myself, for more than a hour, let alone a night, let alone a few nights alone, so to say that I am relishing this, is a bit of an understatement.

|| I may or may not have wine for dinner.

|| I hog the bed with my laptop, and put in Friends, or Big Bang.

|| I had a milkshake for supper last night (though, to be fair is VERY low-maintence, so even if he is here, we may not have much for supper).

|| I worry less about our neighbours (music, you-know-what-smells coming from outside). I don't stress about all that as much.

|| I miss him at night.

|| I can have the big tv for watching my/our shows.

|| I can hog the living room...pray, plan, etc.

|| I can clean and not worry about throwing things away, or having to "fight" /work around someone in the living room (or outside).

|| I REALLY hate that I have to do the kitty litter.

|| I have the heat down low, and/or the windows open.

Show Us Tuesday-Ultimate/Fantasy Talk Show Edition/Let's Be Friends Blog Hop

Linking up with Andrea for this weeks Show Us Tuesday. This week, we are all talking about our Fantasy Talk Shows. I LOVE me a good talk show. Actually, I USED to...I don't watch them much anymore...but I used to watch them much more than I do. I loved Regis and Kathie Lee/Regis and Kelly/Kelly and Michael. So, when I imagine what my Fantasy Talk Show would be, that would be it.

I imagine that it would be (like I said) very similar to that form. We would be based in NYC, and I would be with another Canadian host; probably either Martin Short or Mike Myers, or Ryan Reynolds...cause any of them are pretty awesome. We would have on ALL Canadian actors/resses (this wouldn't be everyday...but we would probably have something Canadian-related every day).

We would banter for a few minutes...talk about some interesting Canadian facts and trivia, and have a contest (just like on Kelly and Michael), where people can call in, and we would send them to exciting places in Canada, like Lumby, BC, and Yellow Grass, SK (kidding, but those are real towns, look them up!). We WOULD send them to awesome places in Canada, though.

We would have all Canadian guests :) I love Michael Buble, so we would probably have him on...and Ryan Reynolds (or whoever isn't my co-host). I also LOVE Celine Dion!!! Then, my mom and dad (who would be there...duh!) would come on as guests, and talk on how to cook a good lamb roast, or lamb chops. Since I am horrible at crafts, I would probably have a Canadian crafter./homestylist....whoever that would be (I can't think of one at the moment). I do like Sarah Richardson, or Lynda Reeves, so we would probably either of them on. Oh yes...and at another time, we would have Michael Smith on (not the singer, though he is wonderful...but he isn't Canadian), we would have CHEF Michael Smith, from PEI. He is cute, AND he makes great lobster!! We would probably also have one some Canadian Style/Decorating Bloggers. So, without giving it a lot of thought, those are the people (Canadians) that I would have on.
